## Description

RPWDL is Poland's electronic register of entities performing medical activity, administered by the Center for e-Health (Centrum e-Zdrowia, CeZ) under the Act of 15 April 2011 on medical activity. Its public part covers medical entities (podmioty lecznicze) and the professional practices of doctors and dentists, nurses and midwives; the public register application is at rpwdl2.ezdrowie.gov.pl.

## Scope

Registration of healthcare facilities and professional practices in Poland; entities must be entered in the register before commencing medical activity. It is a registration system, not a practitioner-licensing chamber.
