What happens to a report

Anyone can report an issue against a listed clinic via the “Submit information” link on that clinic’s page. We acknowledge receipt, investigate against primary sources, and either update the record or publish a response with the reasoning — see editorial policy for the full process. A report only appears on this page once it has moved out of pending — into investigating, resolved, or rejected. Every change to a published record is also logged at /corrections.
