Ministry of Health and Welfare (衛生福利部)

How to check a licence
- Page heading path: 醫事查詢系統 > 醫事人員查詢.
- Enter 人員姓名(必要的) — hint '姓名輸入至少兩個字' (name, at least two characters).
- Optionally select 人員類別 (all / 西醫師 physician / 中醫師 TCM doctor / 牙醫師 dentist / 藥師 pharmacist / 護理師 nurse / etc.) and 執業縣市 (county/city of practice).
- Enter 驗證碼(必要的) (verification code image) and press 查詢.
- Page footer notes: '若對醫療服務提供者之身分有疑義，請向機構所在地衛生主管機關反映。' (if in doubt about a provider's identity, report to the local health authority where the institution is located).
