National Medical Council (Hội đồng Y khoa Quốc gia)
The National Medical Council (Hội đồng Y khoa Quốc gia) is Vietnam's national body for the independent assessment of medical-practice competence, established under the 2023 Law on Medical Examination and Treatment to run the national licensing assessment for medical professionals. It complements the Ministry of Health, which issues practice certificates and licenses facilities.
